On a recent job, a senior executive was moving within London and the move was being paid for by his employers. So rather than deal direct with the client, we arranged the whole move with the relocations team at the client’s firm.
We arranged everything over the phone and via email with our contact, Nichola, in the relocations team. The client was kept in the loop about all the plans but didn’t have to get involved in the daily details.
We weren’t able to survey the locations in advance of the move, so working from the inventory of goods supplied, we assigned the right crew and vehicle to the job.
