Stage 1
Planning & Logistics
Our Move Managers liaise with you to fully understand the scope and timescale of your interior design project and create a bespoke solution that fits your business needs.
You provide us with your FF & E list and we upload it to our online platform providing a real-time inventory that can be updated as your project progresses.
You place orders with suppliers and ship directly to our secure warehouse in North West London or use our procurement service where we handle everything for you.
Stage 2
Receiving & Consolidation
Our expert staff are on hand to receive and process your items as they arrive from suppliers in one central hub. We can consolidate items for a single or unlimited interior design projects.
We cross-reference every item that arrives in our warehouse against your FF & E list before carrying out comprehensive quality control checks to make sure there are no issues with supplier goods. We’ll notify you immediately of any issues so they can be rectified quickly.
Stage 3
Storage & Warehousing
We provide a variety of different types of storage to interior design clients including both container storage and self-storage depending on the access requirement you require. Your personal storage manager will help select the right type of storage for each individual project.
We export wrap your items and provide a number of custom crating options to ensure protection of furniture, art and other high value items.
Our 50,000 sq.ft bonded warehouse is protected by 24-hour CCTV, RedCare Security and manned patrols. You can relax in the knowledge your inventory is being safely stored until you request delivery and installation.
Stage 4
Delivery & Installation
Our white glove delivery service ensures your items are delivered on time and with maximum care. Our experienced staff are fully trained to handle high-value and bespoke items and our attention to detail is second-to-none.
The Alexanders installation team is highly skilled and capable of assembling complex and unique items. We carry an expansive selection of tools allowing installation of large pieces of artwork, chandeliers and mirrors.
