This is an update for our customers following the Prime Minister’s statement on the evening of Monday 23rd March 2020.
In order to combat the spread of Coronavirus we are ceasing operations with immediate effect as also advised by The British Association of Removers.
This will initially be for a three-week period prior to the Government review outlined yesterday.
Our office staff will continue to take calls and handle new enquiries while our surveyors will continue to undertake video surveys for new moves. However, as we’re sure you will appreciate, we cannot confirm a removal date at this point.
As soon as restrictions are lifted and we are permitted to start moving customers again we will be operating on a priority system to work through bookings. We therefore advise clients do the following to ensure they are positioned towards the front of the priority list:
- Please send back signed acceptance forms as soon as possible
- Please confirm your bookings by making payment as requested
Current storage customers
Our storage facilities are also closed with immediate effect.
If customers need access to their items then this may be arranged via a one-off appointment, in accordance with Government Covid-19 guidelines, if absolutely critical.
