We have now been formally been accredited with the British Standard BS EN 12522 : Furniture Removals for Private Individuals. This is in addition to achieving the British Standard BS 8522 : Commercial Moving Services for the second year running.

At the end of every job we give all our customers a pre-paid questionnaire to fill in and send directly to the National Guild of Removers and Storers. Each month, the companies with the highest percentage of favourable questionnaire returns are listed in the monthly top ten. Members who consistently achieve a high level of quality ratings through the year for customer satisfaction are awarded the Annual Certificate of Excellence. It’s a source of real pleasure to us that that we’ve won the award six times.
