It was a true honour for the Alexanders Removals and Storage team to be short-listed for ‘Small Business of The Year’ at the Business Excellence Awards 2012.
The lavish gala awards were held at the beautiful Shendish Manor, opening with a champagne reception to pay tribute to the region’s top businesses. Hosted by the acclaimed Channel 4 News Anchor, Krishnan Guru-Murthy, the Alexanders Team were treated to an inspiring speech from Nikki King, the Managing Director of Izusu Trucks and recent start of Channel 4’s ‘Undercover Boss’!
Although we lost out on the small business award, the Alexanders team still had a fantastic night surrounded by many of our local business, which really created a sense of community.
We would like to say big congratulations to all who won an award and to ‘watch this space’, as the Alexanders team will be back next year!
